Lawnie is a Co-founder of the Boys Ranch and is licensed by the state of Oklahoma as a Licensed Professional Counselor, National Board Certified Counselor, and a Certified Equine Therapist through Equine Learning Initiatives. Lawnie has a Bachelor Degree in Education and a Masters Degree in Counseling Psychology as well as being a Journeyman Millwright in the skilled trades, a Youth Pastor for several years, and a former Marine. Lawnie's passion is helping kids and he uses these skills while working with youth at the Boys Ranch as well as with youth in detention centers and group homes where kids live in custody of the state for various reasons.
Amy has been married to Lawnie for 28 years and is a Co-founder of the Boy’s Ranch. Together, they have 4 children, all of whom are involved in the Boy’s Ranch vision. Amy is a loan assistant at a local bank as well as owning several businesses including Toy Schnauzers, cattle, horses, sheep, and goats. As a business manager Amy keeps track of all the details and personal relationships that are involved in running a small business. Amy previously served as a youth leader at a local church for several years and is an amazing public relations spokeswoman with a big heart. Amy’s passion for kids and her many talents are a valuable asset to the Boys Ranch.
Robert Mouser has earned his Master of Science degree in Counseling Psychology and is currently in the process of finishing his Ph.D. in Educational Psychology. Robert is licensed and a state board approved supervisor for both LPC and LADC/MH. He has a strong and personal passion for providing therapeutic services, education, resources, and time to youth and the community. Robert finds joy in family and volunteering his time to serve the community. Robert currently serves as the Clinical Supervisor at Tulsa County Juvenile Bureau and Community Advocate and Camp Clinical Director for the Tristesse Grief Center. Robert is proud to be a part of Cross Bar H Boys Ranch and looks forward to meeting and assisting all who are involved.
Anthony is a lawyer with a very successful practice. Anthony is a former Marine and a father with a big personality that draws people to him. Anthony loves to help anyone in need and has a desire to share his many gifts to support the Boys Ranch.

Shi is a successful business owner with a very positive and creative personality. Shi is Married to Colton Hess and together they have a ranch where they raise cattle and horses and most importantly their three little cowboys. Shi has a passion for helping those in need and is always looking for opportunities to give. Shi's talents and organizational abilities create amazing opportunities for the Boys Ranch to successfully reach those in need.
Terry has operated a not-for profit organization working with inner city youth for 40yrs. Terry is also an ordained pastor, police chaplain, fundraiser, husband, and father. Terry is very excited about lending his talents to this endeavor.
Kerri has been married to Jeremy Taylor for 25 years and has 3 grown children. Kerri spent 4 years as a youth worker, then 11 years as an ordained Youth Pastor- planning and organizing events and camps with the youth for all those years.
Tracy has been married to Chris Smith for 25 years. They have two grown children, a Son in law and a four year old grandson. Tracy has experience teaching preschool for 7 years and her and her husband previously volunteered with the youth group at their church for several years.
Bailey is married to Zach, who is serving in the Army, and they have three little cowgirls. Bailey has several years of experience as an officer in the FFA and has both her State and National Farmer Degree. She has spent a lot of time working with animals and kids at different levels. Bailey is very excited about helping with the Boys Ranch and bringing her knowledge of kids and animals to help bring in funding.
